Another September 30 deadline!

Another horse needs rescuing! Why are so many of our animals in distress? Click here to help save an adorable colt from getting a life-saving surgery. This is him:

He needs $2,000 for the surgery. Here's a bit of his story:

"We (Karmavore) were touched by the story of this little colt who is only 6 months old, but faced being 'disposed' of due to a severe hernia that he suffers from. The current care takers are not able to afford the surgery.

Fortunately, Hope Farm in Delta has agreed to adopt him, provided that Karmavore can raise the funds required for his surgery. We will be saving him from a terrible fate of either being put up for disposal auction or possibly even rendered into fertilizer."

September 30—that's tomorrow—is the deadline, or the poor thing will be destined for death at an early age.
